Early morning daycare routine at Paisley Park Early Learning Centre with children arriving and engaging in activities

Our Childcare Centre in Prospect opens at 6.30 am, allowing early drop-off for families. This is a good time to check in with your child’s Educators and share anything important about your child for the day ahead, as well as any relevant news from home.

Families can grab a coffee from our Connections Cafe, and children will have breakfast prepared by our team. Fun and engaging play-based learning experiences begin, designed specifically for your child and their classmates.

Lunch is an important part of the day at our Prospect childcare Centre. In line with Paisley Park’s Food Philosophy, children share their meal together, making choices, building social connections and learning healthy eating habits while enjoying delicious chef-prepared food.

After lunch children will enjoy further learning through play experiences which may include a fun and exciting incursion or excursion. Or some favourites for our children in our Prospect Centre include feeding the chickens and collecting eggs and harvesting herbs and veggies from our garden beds.

Prospect Centre Room Explorer

Learn More About our Rooms

We are the best early learning centre in Prospect for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons is that the learning environments at our Prospect daycare centre are thoughtfully designed to support the evolving needs of children at each developmental stage.

It’s important to note that age ranges are a guide only. Transitions from room to room are carefully planned in partnership with our Centre Director and each family. Timing of room transitions is determined by the child’s readiness and availability, rather than by age or a calendar date.

0 - 1 Years

This nurturing space supports infants as they adapt to new environments, form new friendships and develop secure attachments. With a focus on exploration, curiosity, and sensory discovery, your child is encouraged to engage with their surroundings, build connections, and develop trust. This calm, safe environment supports emotional security, early communication, and the foundations of physical and cognitive development.

For children aged 1–2 years, this dynamic room supports emerging independence and early social interactions. At this age, toddlers are learning to express emotions, explore boundaries, and develop language. This environment full of sounds and textures, nurtures curiosity and confidence, complements their learning, and supports your child in meeting important milestones.

This transitional room supports young children as they navigate change and growing independence. Designed to foster adaptability, it offers a balance of familiar routines and new challenges. Your child builds confidence, explores identity, and strengthens social-emotional skills in a supportive environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and the joy of discovery.

This room sparks curiosity and discovery as your child experiences ‘light bulb moments’ through exploratory play. With access to open-ended materials and engaging environments, your child tests ideas, solves problems, and expresses creativity. Imagination flourishes as your child begins to make connections, extend thinking, and build confidence in their growing abilities.

This vibrant room encourages creative expression, problem-solving, and perseverance. Your child explores a variety of materials and ideas, takes thoughtful risks, and persists through challenges. Their growing independence is supported through imaginative play and artistic exploration, nurturing cognitive development, emotional expression, and the confidence to think and create in new ways.

This stimulating room supports complex thinking, problem-solving, and independence. As cognitive skills rapidly grow, your child engages in imaginative play, tests hypotheses, and makes thoughtful decisions. Rich, challenging experiences inspire curiosity and resilience, empowering your child to explore new ideas, express themselves confidently, and prepare for the transition to school with enthusiasm.

What Families Say About Our Prospect Daycare Centre

Mónica María Niño Alba

“Paisley Park has been the best thing that has happened to us as first-time parents.

I was born overseas, and there are no family members nearby. Date nights for parents are awesome and there are different activities throughout the year for the kids and parents. The management and educators are lovely and responsible.

My little one settled fast and felt secure with them. Communication is great when something is not going well. They are honest and quick when reporting.

From the bottom of our hearts, thanks Paisley Park! Peter, Monica & Lilly”

Stephanie Nelson

“I have been very impressed with the childcare from day one. Yes, the facilities are incredible and very aesthetic. The building has been purposely built to cater perfectly for all ages. The outside area is very safe and caters for a range of interests and the indoor sheltered area is very versatile and handy in all weather.

But the centre is far more than just its facilities! It is an incredibly welcoming, friendly and supportive community which starts with the wonderful staff.

My son has been in three rooms and every room he has been welcomed by the most incredible, loving staff who take the time to truly get to know the kids in their care and also the families. This centre is built on very strong community values with plenty of social events that continue to foster this special community vibe.

Loving our experience at Paisley Park.”

Samantha Riley

“This daycare has given us an amazing experience. My son has been with them since he was 10 months old and being a first time mum I was so nervous to leave him at daycare, but I now think of it as his second home.

All the educators and staff are so professional and thorough in the care they give and it’s amazing to witness how much the team pull together to make sure everything runs smoothly everyday. I’m incredibly impressed with the calm atmosphere that is always present in the centre because it doesn’t just happen, it takes effort and dedication.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Paisley Park Prospect.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What extra support does Paisley Park provide for families?

Families at our Prospect childcare centre receive many additional services that go above and beyond the usual childcare service inclusions. These include free date nights and parent seminars and delicious take home meals prepared by our Centre Chef and available for purchase.

To enrol your child at our Prospect childcare centre, provide us with the details of your enrolment request and we’ll check availability. If a place is available for your child, we’ll send you an Offer of Place which will include a link to the Enrolment Form

The availability of places at our day care in Prospect depends on many factors, including children’s movements between rooms and going to school. Those movements happen throughout the year, but we cannot guarantee availability more than 6-8 weeks in advance.

We understand the importance of the bonds your child develops with their Educators. That is why we focus on maximising the continuity of our Educators during our operational hours. Even though we have core teams in each room, we work as a team across our Prospect daycare so that all our Educators are familiar with all of the children in our care.
