Playgroups are a great way of enhancing social connections for your young child. As parents, we want to provide our children with every opportunity to grow, learn, and develop. Building social connections and nurturing your child’s sense of belonging is one of the most powerful ways to enhance your child’s development.
Young children who attend an early learning centre gain much from this aspect of the group care environment.
However, there is an additional element to playgroups that make them a wonderful complement to your child’s early learning experience. And that’s your presence as a parent or family member.
One of the ways we facilitate this for families is community events. At these events, enrolled families and their relatives, plus families from the local community can meet and socialise together.

We understand that not all families or their relatives are able to attend our Paisley Park community events due to work and other commitments. Therefore, we encourage those families to consider alternative playgroup-type settings in your local community where you and your child can play, connect and learn together.
