At Paisley Park we consider staff as our greatest asset and therefore ensure that each member of our team feels supported and valued in their work with children and families. We consider it especially important to provide an environment that encourages autonomy and allows staff to develop their skills, and by implementing a ‘Strengths Based’ approach we position staff in roles that best complement their ability and interests.
Core to our approach is the provision of a Professional Development Program with the aim of supporting staff in their ongoing learning and development. It is our philosophy that no matter what level staff are at, their skills continue to grow, especially when mentored by experienced leaders.
