Seeking Book Keeper / Administration Assistant

Paisley Park is looking for a Book Keeper/Administrative Assistant to join our Accounts Department. The successful applicant will work full time and report directly to the Finance Manager. Daily duties will include:

• Managing our fee processing system remotely using Kidsoft software
• Being responsible for accounts and responding to parent telephone/email inquiries
• Recording payments and ensuring fee collection systems are efficiently managed
• Managing overdue debts and implementing payment arrangements with clients
• Completing weekly reports on account related matters
• Assisting with other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager

To be successful for this role you must:

• Be available for an immediate start
• Have excellent customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have a positive work ethic and respond to all inquiries in a calm and professional manner
• Be degree qualified and have recent experience within an accounting environment
• Be willing to learn and grow with the business
• Be flexible, autonomous and adapt quickly to situations as they arise
• Have experience with Kidsoft or a similar Childcare Management System
• Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable
